Everyone matters
Stover School ensures that pastoral support is at its core, providing spiritual, emotional, social and mental health care for all of its community. As a nurturing school we respond to the needs of our pupils in a timely manner and will take the time to acknowledge any concerns that they have.
The Pastoral Team encompasses all staff; class teachers and form tutors provide the hub for our pupils. Staff with responsibility for Key Stages meet regularly with the Senior Leadership Team and strategies are developed to support pupils for their individual needs. The whole school takes responsibility for the pastoral care of the pupils.
At Stover School, we provide targeted support through our School Counsellor, Health and Wellbeing Mentor, Lego Based Therapy, Mental Health Support, Drawing Therapy and School Matron.
