With over 20 years in the field of education and as the current Head of The British School of Cordoba, Caroline has led schools both in the UK and abroad. She has a clear commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity, creativity, and academic development. Governors felt her educational beliefs were an excellent match for Stover and would continue to build on the progress made over the last decade. Her wide-ranging skillset was seen as having particular value in relation to Stover’s upcoming strategic projects.

Caroline is no stranger to the charms of Devon, having previously lived in the region for 17 years. Expressing her enthusiasm for the role, Caroline stated, “I am excited and honoured to be appointed as Executive Head of Stover School. Having followed the school’s success and achievements over the past few years, I am eager to be part of this vibrant, wholesome community, to build upon the excellent achievements that Mr Notman and his team have accomplished and to pick up the baton and lead the school into the next phase of its success ”.

As the new Executive Head with responsibility for the entire school, Caroline is poised to collaborate with students, parents and staff to continue and evolve our unique environment which fosters breadth of experience, academic excellence, the personal growth upon which Stover’s reputation is built, and a strong sense of community. Her tenure will mark the beginning of a new chapter in the school’s history, and we look forward to the continued success and achievements that lie ahead.
